Ingredients: 

Tangy Peach and Pineapple Salsa:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 peach
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 deseeded serrano chili
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 tablespoon Tajin (Mexican Chili Fruit Spice)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Preparation: 
  1. Combine all salsa ingredients in a large bowl and place in the fridge until you’re ready to top your chicken, hot dogs, or grilled meats.
