Chocolate and Olive Oil Ganache
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Flaky salt, to taste
1. Add chocolate to a medium sized metal bowl and set it over a pan of simmering water. Stir until totally melted.
2. Carefully remove bowl from the heat and whisk in the olive oil until emulsified and glossy.
3. Let cool slightly, then use to top ice cream, or to glaze a cake.
