Mango-Ginger Sipper
Serves 4
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pit removed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey 12 oz. ginger ale or diet ginger ale
  1. Combine all ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a blender. Secure with lid and puree until smooth. Serve immediately with ginger ale or cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours; add ginger ale at time of serving.
  2. Serve as is or over ice.

Cook’s Note: May use 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks, thawed in place of the fresh mango, if desired.
