Strawberry Honey Mocktail

Strawberry Honey Simple Syrup:


Strawberry Honey Mocktail

  • A few basil leaves
  • 2 ounces strawberry honey syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 3-4 ounces tonic
  • Extra strawberries, optional for garnish


  1. Combine Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, water, honey, and strawberries in a medium sized sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring regularly.
  3. Simmer for 2 minutes or until the strawberries have started to break down. Remove from heat, then let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week in a closed container.
  5. Muddle basil in the bottom of a cocktail glass.
  6. Stir in cooled syrup and lemon juice.
  7. Fill glass with ice then top with tonic and enjoy.
