Turmeric Ginger Pumpkin Cooler

Ingredients: 
  • 3 large carrots, chopped
  • 1 honeycrisp apple, chopped and cored
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1” turmeric, peeled
  • 1” ginger, peeled
Preparation: 
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Strain through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag.
  3. Chill and drink!
