Citrus Pomegranate Glazed Salmon
- 1/2 cup Citrus Pomegranate Glaze (see recipe)
- 2 navel oranges, peeled and sliced
- 6 6-ounce salmon fillets
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on a lightly oiled baking pan. Brush the top and sides of each fillet with Citrus Pomegranate Glaze. Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 – 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve each salmon fillet arranged on top of three overlapping orange slices.
