  • 1/2 cup packed mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Pompeian Pomegranate Vinegar
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Pompeian Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender, secure with a tight-fitting lid and puree until smooth.
