INGREDIENTS

5 cups yogurt
5 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1 lemon, juices
3 cloves garlic (pealed)
2 Tablespoon Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the garlic cloves in the air fryer for 5 min on 400F.
  2. Combine cooked garlic with olive oil in a shallow dish- smash garlic cloves and mix into olive oil.
  3. In a bowl combine all remaining dressing ingredients until a thick dressing forms.
  4. Pour over salad and enjoy!
