Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 tsp Pompeian Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- A pinch of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the olive oil.
- Whisk in the Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a slow, steady stream until the dressing is smooth.
