Ingredients: 
  • 2 tsp Pompeian Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: 
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the olive oil.
  2. Whisk in the Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a slow, steady stream until the dressing is smooth.
