Ingredients: 
Preparation: 
  1. Heat Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small skillet over medium heat and carefully add sage stalks.
  2. Fry for one minute and use a slotted spoon to remove sage stalks. 
  3. Let Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil cool and pour into serving bowl.
  4. Finely chop sage stalks and add to oil before serving.
