Balsamic Honey Mustard Marinade
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to blend. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Yield: 3/4 cup
This marinade can be used with chicken breasts or thighs, turkey breast or pork.
