Citrus Pomegranate Glaze
1/2 Cup
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp. Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Pompeian Pomegranate Red Wine Vinegar

1. Heat the Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a medium skillet. Add garlic and cook until golden. Stir in the Pompeian Pomegranate Red Wine Vinegar, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, lime juice and sugar. Simmer briskly until syrupy. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Yield: 1/2 cup This glaze can be used on chicken breasts or thighs, roast turkey breast or roast salmon.
